During my whole life, I have been passionate about Team work. It was either at University, being student representative and organizaing events in Ecuador, USA and London; or in my professional life, managing very talented peopleat NatWest and The Royal Bank of Scotland.  During my entrepreneur's career I became passionate about identifying people's needs, organizing teams and come up with solutions. Nowadays, a group of friends, volunteers and I, are working towards a new challenge, Red Ecuador, once again a vibrant team looking to solve a problem. This time, I have noticed that immigrants face a huge problem when coming into London. Its is not only Luis Felipe Tilleria, it is a group of people from different nationalities commited to give equal opportunities in London.
